We had a great time—amazing breakfast variety and an indoor pool our kids loved! The only downside was the unusual shelving for clothes. it felt off to me. Would stay again!

Enjoyed the place, had a such great stay on a road trip. The personnel was very welcoming, doing their best to assist. The king room I stayed in was updated with comfortable beds. Had such facilities, like a refrigerator, a microwave oven, and an iron/ironing board...

The team provided an excellent service and the room was spotless with the bedroom, comfortable beds, shower. A microwave, a coffee maker, and refrigerators where nice.

Noise levels in common areas could use improvement!!! Housekeeping inconsistent, particularly during extended stays!!! Better communication on reservations would enhance guest experience!!!

The food was decent and the staff were good and kind. Really enjoyed my room, it was exceptionally nice and with the bedroom, shower plus comfortable beds. The hotel had a central setting to Boston airport.

It was just an excellent fit for a holiday in Amesbury with good price-value balance. The staff in the dining area were wonderful and tried to accommodate us in various ways. Make sure to check for coffee availability before heading down for breakfast.

The rooms offer a comfortable king-sized bed, perfect for a good night's sleep, backed by strong HVAC that keeps the temperature just right. An added bonus is the well-lit bathroom space which ensures a decent experience prepping for the day.

Unfortunately, the hotel is plagued by some noise issues from other rooms and the common areas-definitely something to consider for light sleepers. On top of that, I noticed a lack of maintenance in certain common spaces, and I felt a bit uneasy about the occasional sighting of individuals accessing the back entrance, which detracted from the overall comfort. The breakfast area wasn't kept well-stocked during peak hours, leaving me with few options.

The room was spacious and super clean, perfect for our family. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, especially the fresh waffles. The staff were accommodating when we needed extra towels. Pro tip, arrive early to enjoy more breakfast options and avoid the rush!
